Our second day included visits to the JR MagLev Shinkansen pavilion, Global House (including the future of television and a recently unearthed Wooly Mammoth), and a few more countries. The EXPO is so huge and the lines are long enough that it's impossible to see the whole thing in just two days.
We raced back from the Expo in Aichi to our hotel in Nagoya and then down to the ancient capital city of Kyoto. Talk about changing gears... serenity prevailed in Kyoto.
